Well I am back (not that anyone reads this anyway). As usual all calorie burn as per machine display unless I say otherwise (without age or weight).

Wed 18/08/10 300 cals after 26 minutes on bike (186 watts). Lacking time and energy to do more. Workout 00:05 AM 😦 , then not home.
Thu 19/08/10 Not home.
Fri 20/08/10 240 cals after 27 minutes on treadmill (3km @ 6% gradient), benchpress, curls, squats, crunches. Early workout again, left home later.
Weekly summary :For reference 28kg (bar + 20kg) 2 sets x5 curls, x4 reverse curls & x13 bench press. Crunches x60, leg raises x25, twisting crunch x30 per side, squats 2×13. Haven’t had a good day to push myself. Body shape needs work.
Week ending Stats : 36″ 89kgs (next weeks should be more accurate).
