Diary of a fatman: DOF 76

WOOPS Forgot to upload before going on holidayAs usual all calorie burn as per machine display unless I say otherwise (without age or weight).

Sun 27/06/10 400 cals after 33 minutes on bike (197 watts), benchpress, curls, squats, crunches.

Mon 28/06/10 Tue 29/06/10 Wed 30/06/10 Thu 01/06/10 Fri 02/06/10 Sat 03/06/10 Well going on leave so no exercise HECTIC.

Weekly summary :For reference 28kg (bar + 20kg) 3 sets x5 curls, x5 reverse curls & x12 bench press. Crunches x60, leg raises x30, twisting crunch x35 per side, squats 3×13. Just maintaining reps and weight until my elbow feels better.

Week ending Stats : 37″ 91/90kgs. My heart almost exploded .
