Well seriously slacking off on keeping these up to date 😛 .They are practically monthly or more. As usual all calorie burn as per machine display unless I say otherwise (without age or weight).

Week ending Stats : 93/94kg 37″/38″ Well last year I was around 104kgs and 41.5″ (May 2009), and the year before I was 44″ @ 107 Kgs. So I have made some progress, this year was better than the one before (to be expected since I only really got serious around Feb 2009). At this rate I still have another year to go. Hopefully I can manage it in less. So tired, can’t sleep, too much cute in my head.

Weekly summary : Well I have been doing alot of walking in between workouts too. For reference 28kg (bar + 20kg) 3 sets x5 curls, x5 reverse curls & x12 bench press. Crunches x60, leg raises x25, twisting crunch x25 per side, squats 3×13.

Week ending Stats : 37″ 93/92kgs 100%confused = I have a major crush.
