Weekly summary : Ah well, not too good, tiring to get back at full swing and been a bit busy (studying), getting better though, hopefully back to form by next posting. Crunches 50×1 Crunches v2 50×1 Lying leg raise 1×20. Bench press 10×3@24kg (barbell+16), reverse curl 5×3@24kg (barbell+16), squats 10×2.

Week ending Stats : Not really weighed myself properly, between 97 and 97.5, just under 40″.
