Weekly summary : 2030 calories, 338 a workout. minimal calorie gain. Thats ok. Crunches 55×1 Crunches v2 40×1 Lying leg raise 1×30. Bench press 10×2@22kg (barbell+14), reverse curl 8×2@22kg (barbell+14), curl 8×2@22kg (barbell+14). Time to start jogging.

Week ending Stats : Like last week 99kg and 40″ waist, next update either when Ramadan starts or end of the month

Pic of the week : Star Wars Trilogy and Star Wars Prequal Trilogy, finally. Apparently these were both released November last year! what the hell how come I just saw them in a store this month (just found them listed on Amazon too here and here)
