Sun 19/07/09 Rest day (or feel free to mess up all my plans day).

Mon 20/07/09 360 after 50 min on tread.

Tue 21/07/09 330 after 45 min on tread, weights.

Wed 22/07/09 330 after 45 min on tread.

Thu 23/07/09 330 after 45 min on tread, weights, hurt my left wrist.

Fri 24/07/09 330 after 45 min on tread, no abs (exercising overseas).

Sat 25/07/09 335 after 45 min on tread, no abs (exercising overseas).

Weekly summary : 2015 calories, 336 a workout. no calorie gain. Thats ok. Crunches 50×1 Crunches v2 40×1 Lying leg raise 1×20. Bench press 9×2@22kg (barbell+12), reverse curl 7×2@22kg (barbell+14), curl 7×2@22kg (barbell+14). Targeting at least 335 a day on the treadmill. The week after if I can jog well enough I will start again on the other machines, tiring using the treadmill everyday.

Week ending Stats : Close enough to the end of the month I guess, 99kg and 40″ waist, progress, yay. Wonder how much longer to reach 36″? Depressing to think about.
