Weekly summary : 1710 calories, 285 per workout. Intensity has gone up across the board this week but I think I can do better (especially on the treadmill). Just need to rest properly and choose better times to workout. I guess 1740 or so will next weeks target.
Week ending Stats : Maybe some other time. Same as last week I think. Waiting for the end of the month ( two weeks from now actually so it will be the beginning of next month).
