Mon 26/10/09 340 calories after 45 min on tread. abs, bench press, rcurl.

Tue 27/09/09 420 calories after 55 min on tread.

Wed 28/09/09 400 calories after 53 min on tread.

Thu 29/10/09 340 calories after 45 min on tread.

Fri 30/10/09 340 calories after 45 min on tread.

Sat 31/10/09 200 calories after 30 min on tread. (woke up late, could have done more).


Weekly summary : Total of 2040, 340 a workout. Not too great, unfortunately Thursday couldn’t do weights because of guests and Friday and Saturday there were no weight in the gym I was in :( . So next workout will do everything (abs squats weights). 2040 calories last couple of weeks which is what I was getting with the mixed machine workouts, not sure if I should go back to that, maybe at the start of next year, or next month depending on my progress.


Week ending Stats : 39″ 98kg, ok but I will check it again next week to make sure, need a new tape measure.

Weekly summary : Total of 1880, 310 a workout (or 372 per day). Better than last couple of weeks but been a bit busy. This coming week I am mostly away so don’t expect much, calorie readouts will be lower (estimates and such) and will be pretty busy.

No more that week, sick a couple of days then busy (sister got scratched by cat very dramatic, for her).

Weekly summary : Not worth mentioning this week was sick for a few days (which brought my weight down to 96kg)

Week ending Stats : 97kg 40″ (just under), my weight dipped a bit below to 96kg a few days but that was probably because I had stomach trouble and was not eating much, 97 is fair (before I was sick thats what I was at), I definitely lost a bit of muscle though this Ramadan, at least I didn’t gain any weight (actually lost some), need to go back to the 5 or 6 days a week weights twice a week thing (19th last day of Ramadan) Eidkum Mubarak Taqabal Allah 9iyamakum.

Mon 07/09/09 Legs sore, resting up a bit.

Fri 11/09/09 300 after 42 min on tread. Abs. Exercise lessens pain but trying not to strain myself (was going for 400 but pain was worrying).

Weekly summary : 1050 calories, 260 a workout (not a great week). Crunches 50×1 Crunches v2 50×1 Lying leg raise 1×30. Bench press 10×3@22kg (barbell+14). Manged only 4 workouts this week because my calf was injured and I had to sort out a computer for my bro too (he better study hard), did my minimum 4 workouts anyway. Days I forget to drink and eat properly end up tiring :P (after the second day or so).

Week ending Stats : Slight change (for the better) will list next week. Taraweeh 8 times this month and only once extra that I missed which but might of been able to make (taught sis instead). Stopped praying maghrib in mosque because my father delays too much, sad. Should be able to do the next six days, better than last year already but ufortunately very behind on my reading (work timings this year, managing to fast but not much reading) Maybe I manage in the end these next few days maybe ideal. My site needs some new content.

Weekly summary : 1350 calories, 270 a workout. Crunches 55×1 Crunches v2 50×1 Lying leg raise 1×30. Bench press 10×3@22kg (barbell+14), reverse curl 5×3@22kg (barbell+14), squats 15×2. For Ramadan I will do at least the benchpress and squats twice a week, at least the basic crunches on all days I can. Tiring between work, fasting, taraweeh and disproportionately dramatised happenings of an originally relatively trivial nature. Did my 5 workouts at least.

Mon 24/08/09 No time, haircut, feel less manly, less hair on face and head :( .

Fri 28/08/09 Ankle hurt.

Weekly summary : 1160 calories, 290 a workout. Crunches 55×1 Crunches v2 50×1 Lying leg raise 1×30. Bench press 10×3@22kg (barbell+14), reverse curl 5×3@22kg (barbell+14), squats 20×1. For Ramadan I will do at least the benchpress and squats twice a week, at least the basic crunches on all days I can. Tiring between workm taraweeh and getting spat on (dramatic week). Not eating enough and a bit tired. Agenda for treadmill is 400 calories when time permits or calories per time when restricted or very tired (try for 30 but not less than 20 min). Try for 5 but not less than 4 times a week.

Week ending Stats : Weight 98kg waist 40.5 “(just over 40). Between not eating much and work I managed to lose some weight and almost get back to 40″, I will assume 1kg is due to loss of muscle for now (arms weaker). Not too bad though. Managed my 4 workouts and might be on track to losing some weight, behind on my reading though.
